North Awards Its Players of the Week

Douglas, Gagnon and Williams Among Those Chosen

McKinney North named its Players of the Week for the Bulldogs’ impressive 38-31 victory over The Colony Cougars on Friday night.

Senior David Douglas captured both the Offensive Player and Special Teams awards, while senior Zach Gagnon got the Defensive Player award. Senior Kris Williams, who had an 85-yard interception return and an 80-yard run for touchdowns, earned the Bulldog award. The Scout Team Player award went to Marcus Briggs.

The JV Player award went to Brenton Griffin, and Deunte Moore received the Freshman Player award.

The NorthStar of the Week went to freshman Alyssa Lowe.
