McKinney North’s Conference 4A Region II quarterfinal playoff series is set.
North vs. Mesquite Poteet
Region II-4A QuarterfinalGame 1: Thursday, 7:30 p.m., at North
Game 2: Friday, 7:30 p.m., at Wylie High School
Game 3: Saturday, 10 a.m., at Allen High School, if necessary
The Lady Bulldogs (24-6-2) are playing District 10-4A co-champion Mesquite Poteet (33-4) in a best-of-three series.
Game 1: is 7:30 p.m. Thursday at McKinney North.
Game 2: is 7:30 p.m. Friday at Wylie High School, which Poteet designated as its "home field" for the series.
A Game 3, iif necessary), would be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Allen High School.
North wrapped up a two-game area round sweep over Whitehouse on Saturday night, winning 8-4 on the road after winning 2-0 at home Friday.
Ashliegh McLean was the winning pitcher Saturday against Whitehouse. At the plate, Hailey Wagner tripled and Amanda Parsonage doubled.
