RSS Feed FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a convenient way to get the latest headlines right in your browser or RSS feed reader. Some browsers like Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, Safari, and Opera support RSS directly in the browser. Unfortunately, Internet Explorer 6 does not. However, there are many free RSS readers available including Google Reader.
Does an RSS 'Subscription' cost anything?
No. Like the rest of our site, RSS content is available to any registered user for personal and non-commercial use only .
Can I republish (or syndicate) your headlines?
We encourage you to use these feeds for personal, non-commercial use. If you are republishing in a blog or other online media, you must not post our full-text stories, and you must always provide proper attribution to McKinneyNews.net. Please review our Linking Policy (immediately below). If in doubt, contact Angie Bado directly.
How frequently are the feeds updated?
The feed will update immediately upon opening your browser and every 15 minutes thereafter. The stories themselves are updated throughout the day.
Something is broken. What do I do?
If you encounter problems with a feed, please contact Customer Support, and provide as much detail as possible to help us replicate the problem.
